11.- Deliveries

TURBO 3 performs mainly shipments to addresses located in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, with exceptions.
Usually the time between payment and delivery of orders is 24h / 48h.
In the Peninsula the usual delivery time is 24 hours from the moment of purchase (Monday to Friday except holidays), if this has been done before 16:00 hours.

Deliveries in the Balearic Islands will have a maximum period of 48h / 72h from the time the order is placed.
Some special items, heavy or bulky require special handling and delivery could be delayed with respect to the normal delivery time, upon notice by TURBO 3.

Delays in delivery will give the right to cancel the order placed and the corresponding immediate refund of the amount paid by the customer.
In no case the delays in the delivery will give right to the payment of indemnifications of any type.
TURBO 3 reminds the User of the legal obligation of the recipient (article 366 of the Commercial Code) to verify the goods at the time of delivery.
In case of visible defects, never sign the goods as conforming, but make an immediate claim to the carrier by means of a written reservation on the delivery note of the carrier.

If the goods have been damaged during transport to the point of being unusable, the recipient is not obliged to accept it.
Both for visible signs of damage resulting from transport and for hidden damage inside the package or error of preparation, the customer must contact TURBO 3 within a maximum of 2 business days from delivery and through our form. Claims made later will not be valid.
TURBO 3 is not responsible for the assembly or installation of any of the items that are supplied, except those in which it is indicated.
TURBO 3 and the causes of force majeure. We will do everything possible to comply with the obligations arising from your order. However, we will not be responsible for delays or non-compliance if the delay or non-compliance are due to force majeure. In case of delay, we will fulfill our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.

12.- Shipping costs

13.- Product warranty

The seller, TURBO 3, responds to the lack of conformity that manifests within a period of 1 year from delivery. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use or normal wear of the products.
In case of defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer and user.
The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of having knowledge of it. In addition to this information, the seller will provide the consumer with information about the existence and conditions of after-sales services and commercial guarantees, if any.

14.- Returns

RETURN POLICY

1) The customer may exercise the right of return within a maximum period of 10 calendar days following receipt of the order.

3) You must return the products of the order in perfect condition, in original packaging and without damage (breakage, painting …).
If the material is not returned under the established conditions, the nal cost of the damages produced will be detailed, and these will be deducted from the final amount to be reimbursed.
4) All the material must be returned in the same conditions of delivery, without having been manipulated or modified. (If our technical service detects that there are indications of this, it will not be returned).
5) As long as the products are returned without damage, we will refund the amount paid for the products you return to us.
The shipping costs of the return will be borne by you.
6) Orders with collection in Turbo 3 and direct purchases at the collection point or Technical Service have a return period and / or change of 10 calendar days from the date of collection.
7) If the client wishes to make a change for another item, the cost of return and the new shipment will be borne by the customer.
8) When the product, by mistake, does not respond to the order, Turbo 3 will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivery of the corresponding to the order placed.

HELMET RETURN POLICY

1- On the delivery note of an exchange turbo or reman, we will invoice the amount of the deposit of the helmet regardless of the
turbo price.
2- The price of the helmet deposit will always be communicated at the time of the consultation of the exchange turbo price.
3- The prices indicated are always without VAT.
4- The delivery of the old town must be within 20 days after the date of sale.
5- The fertilizers will be made only if the following conditions are met:
a) Helmets that are copies, alternative brands or do not carry the ORIGINAL identification plate of the MANUFACTURER will not be accepted.
b) The helmets must always have the same reference of the original turbo (Garrett, BorgWarner, …).
c) The helmets must be returned complete, without disassembling and in the same boxes of the previously sent turbos.
6- The installments will be made in the following way:
1) Helmets received from 1 to 15, will be paid on the 20th of each month.
2) Helmets received from the 16th at the end of the month will be paid on the 5th of the following month.
3) It is ESSENTIAL to indicate the IBAN of the bank account to which the payment must be made.
7- To be able to return the deposit, it is necessary to attach the sales order.
8- When they have the helmet ready to send, contact TURBO 3 to facilitate the collection. The expenses of collection
will be borne by TURBO 3.

15.- Payment

Payment is cash and will be made by credit or debit card or bank transfer. In the case of payment by bank transfer, if it is not done through the Internet banking service of Bankia, the order will be considered paid once the entire amount in the bank account of TURBO 3 has been received, so the term Once the final payment has been confirmed, the goods will be shipped within the normal delivery time. If more than 7 business days have elapsed since the order was placed and payment has not been made. nor had any communication been received in this regard, TURBO 3 reserves the right to cancel the order.

16.- Domain reservation
